Del Webb has come to Viera! If you are looking for an active adult community (aka 55+ community) You should see what Del Webb has to offer. They recently had their grand opening and this is what I discovered.
There has been a lot of hype and excitement since they announced their location in Viera. I knew their grand opening would draw some people in, but I didn’t expect it to be as packed as it was when we went through. Here is what we discovered.
The location is great. West Viera in the 32940 is expanding further west with Del Webb. Located south of Wickham Road at the Stadium Parkway & Pineda Blvd crossroads. You have easy access to everything you love about West Viera.
The gated community offers amazing resort-style amenities. There is a 30,000SqFt clubhouse. The on-site bar with indoor/outdoor dining. Fitness center. Multimedia room. Catering Kitchen. Tavern & Grill with outdoor dining. Meeting space. There is the zero-entry massive pool that offers lap lanes and a sun shelf. Private poolside cabanas. Resistance pool & spa. Walking paths. Outdoor fire pits. Tennis AND Pickleball courts.
The Del Webb Community has 7 model homes to explore with 13 floorplans to choose from. Ranging in size from 2 bedrooms/2 baths/2 car garage 1400SqFt to 4 bedrooms/5 bathrooms/3 car garage over 3400SqFt. Lot sizes are 40’, 50’, 54’, or 64’ wide. You can have a garden view. You can have a lake view. You can live on a cul-de-sac.
Del Webb has spec homes already started that have move-in dates within 60 to 90 days out. You can pick your lot and floorplan and they can build your home with the finishes you want. This is 6 to 8 months out. See what’s available here https://www.ericlarkin.com/del-webb-viera
Since this is a new community, that will have amazing amenities, and a gated entrance, there will be expenses to live in the Del Webb community. Here is a breakdown of the costs (as of May 2023) The initial contribution is $2,000 for the community and $840 club fee. The monthly HOA depends on the lot size ($360, $370, or $380). The monthly fee includes landscaping, cable, internet, and gold membership with Duran Golf Club. Once the Clubhouse is open, there will also be an annual club fee (TBD) Central Viera Community Association (CVCA) is $230 per year. The Viera Stewardship District (CVD) is $1,135.40 per year.
