Cocoa Beach Condos Under $300K

If you are looking for a condo near the beach that will not break the bank, there are options in the Cocoa Beach & Cape Canaveral area priced under $300K. Not just one or two options…30% of the sales in 2023 sold for at or below $300K. Today, 30% of the active inventory is priced at or below $300K. Here are the 10 best-selling complexes in alphabetic order

Atlantic Gardens in Cape Canaveral. This complex is located on old N Atlantic Avenue and is less than 1 mile to the beach, 2 miles to Port Canaveral, and 2 miles to the Cocoa Beach Pier. Atlantic Gardens was built in 1964 and has 160 condos in the complex. There are 12 low rise buildings on the 8 acre grounds. You are either on the ground floor or 2nd floor. The 2nd floor is a walkup. All the condos come with 1 assigned covered parking space and the rest are open parking spaces for you or your guests. The condos are either 470 SqFt, 600 SqFt or 815 SqFt (efficiency, 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom). The complex has a 3 month minimum rental restriction and does not allow pets. The condos do not have washer and dryer hookups but have 2 laundry rooms on the complex. Other amenities include the community pool and shuffleboard.

Canaveral Bay in Cape Canaveral. This complex is located on the west side of A1A and is bordered by the Banana River on the west side of the property. Canaveral Bay condos is less than 1 mile to the beach, less than 2 miles to the Cocoa Beach Pier, and just over 2 miles to Port Canaveral. Canaveral Bay sits on 6.84 acres of land and consists of 9 lowrise buildings that are either 2 or 3 stories tall. The 120 condos were built between 1983-1989. The condos are either 2 or 3 bedrooms ranging from 888 SqFt to 1226 SqFt. The complex has a 1 month minimum rental restriction and will allow 1 pet up to 30#s in weight. The community amenities include a swimming pool, spa, tennis courts, bike storage, and kayak storage.

Cape Shores in Cape Canaveral. This complex is located near the Cocoa Beach border on the west side of A1A and is a riverfront complex. You are .5 miles to the beach, 1 mile to the Cocoa Beach Pier, and just under 3 miles to Port Canaveral. Cape Shores is a large complex, on over 14 acres, with 20 buildings, and 200 condos that were built between 1972-1974. There are either 1 or 2 bedroom condos that range from 737SqFt to 1092 SqFt. 5 of the buildings are direct river with pretty amazing views. The condos do not have laundry hookups in the condo, but every building has laundry facilities. The condos do have additional storage in each building. Besides having some of the best-looking oak trees, the community has a community pool, shuffleboard courts, a putting green, a boat ramp, and a boat dock with boat slips available. Cape Shores does have a 3 month minimum rental restriction and the pet restrictions are 20#’s up to 2 pets. Ocean Park South in Cape Canaveral. This complex is located East of A1A just a few blocks from the ocean. You are 1.5 miles to the Pier and 2.4 miles to Port Canaveral. Ocean Park South is a lowrise condo on just over 7.5 acres of land and has 68 1 or 2 bedroom condos between 416 SqFt and 1124 SqFt. The center of the complex is the community pool. There aren’t laundry hookups in the condos, but they do have laundry on the property. The complex has 3 month minimum rent restrictions and they do not allow pets. Location of Ocean Park South (besides being close to the beach) you are exceptionally close to the tennis courts and racquetball courts in Cape Canaveral, the Cape Canaveral Library, and the location of First Friday (Cape Canaverals street party)

Rio Vista Condos in Cocoa Beach. The complex is located West of A1A on Banana River Blvd in Cocoa Beach. You are .5 miles to the beach and the Cocoa Beach Pier. Port Canaveral is 3.5 miles away and downtown Cocoa Beach is 3.8 miles away. The Rio Vista complex is on 1.59 acres, with 29 units in 6 2-story buildings. The condos are all 2 bedroom and range between 1100 SqFt and 1182 SqFt. The small complex features open parking and a community pool. The rent restrictions are 1 month minimum and they will allow 1 pet under 30 pounds. 

Riverview Manor in Cocoa Beach. The complex is located in Central Cocoa Beach on the West side of A1A. You are less than .5 miles to the beach. You are 1.5 miles to the Cocoa Beach Pier, 2.4 miles to downtown Cocoa Beach, and 4.4 miles to Port Canaveral. Riverview Manor is on 3.72 acres of land with 60 condos in the 2-story building. The condos are all 1 or 2 bedrooms ranging from 665 SqFt to 1000 SqFt. All of the condos have a view of the center courtyard & pool area. There is a 3 month rental restriction for the complex. You can have 1 pet with no weight restrictions. Riveview Manor also has a first right of refusal. Riverview Manor has a community pool and laundry facilities on the complex. 

St Lucie Gardens in Cocoa Beach is located across the street from Riverview Manor. So, you are less than .5 miles to the beach. You are 1.5 miles to the Cocoa Beach Pier, 2.4 miles to downtown Cocoa Beach, and 4.4 miles to Port Canaveral. St Lucie Gardens is on 17.68 acres and has 90 condos in 9 buildings that were built between 1978-1980. The condos all have 1 assigned cover parking spot and are either 1 or 2 bedroom condos that range in size from 700 SqFt to 1030 SqFt. They have a 3 month minimum rent restriction and allow one pet under 30#s. St Lucie Gardens has a first right of refusal. St. Lucie Gardens has a community pool and laundry facilities on the complex.

 The Oaks in Cape Canaveral is located on the west side of A1A near Canaveral Bay condos. This complex is condos is less than 1 mile to the beach, less than 2 miles to the Cocoa Beach Pier, and just over 2 miles to Port Canaveral. The Oaks consists of 176 condos that were built between 1983-1989. The condos are either 2 or 3 bedrooms that are between 1050 SqFt to 1577 SqFt. They have 15 low-rise/2 story buildings and they have 2 mid-rise/5 story buildings on the Banana River. The rent restrictions for the complex are 3 month minimum and they will allow 1 pet up to 20 poinds. The Oaks offers 2 community pools, tennis courts, and a gazebo on the river. 

The Plaza in Cape Canaveral is located on the west side of A1A. The complex is less than 1 mile to the beach and is just under 2 miles to Port Canaveral or the Cocoa Beach Pier. The Plaza consists of 130 condos that were built in 1966 and range in size from 399 SqFt to 1200 SqFt. The condos are either efficiencies, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom condos. The building is a 3 story low-rise complex that is a secured entry building that features a large community pool. There are multiple laundry facilities in the complex since none of the condos have laundry hookups. 

The Villages of Seaport is located in Cape Canaveral on the East side of A1A. This gated ocean front complex is massive, sitting on 33.5 acres. Depending on where you live in the complex depends on how close you are to the beach access. Worst-case scenario, you are .5 miles away from the beach. Port Canaveral is 1.5 miles away. The Cocoa Beach Pier is 2.4 miles away. The condos in The Villages of Seaport range in size from 703 SqFt to 1354 SqFt. You are in either a 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, or 3 bedroom condo that is either a traditional style condo or a townhome floorplan (living/dining area downstairs with bedrooms upstairs). The condos were built in phases between 1985 – 2004. The Villages of Seaport offers 3 swimming pools to choose from, tennis courts, racquetball courts, and basketball courts. There is a clubhouse at the pool on the east side of the complex. You also have a private beach access. The rent restrictions are 1 month minimum and you can have 1 small pet too.
