This week’s #MuralMonday is EPIC! It is located on the south side of the Epic Burrito Company’s building in Cocoa Beach (3688 N Atlantic Ave Cocoa Beach-about 1 block south of Ron Jons) Anyone who has eaten here has definitely seen the mural at the entrance…the jaws of a Megalodon…a prehistoric shark that is thought to have been 40-50 feet long!
The Megalodon is also the name of their signature 24” monster burrito! (bring your appetite and a friend or two for this one) If a monster burrito is a little much, Epic Burrito offers a variety of other traditional items you would expect from a great Mexican grill style restaurant. After you are done with lunch or dinner, you have to check out the south side of their building. This is another Epic mural that was painted by David Rothman. David is a talented artist who can add character and bring your boring building to life. I am sure you have seen this iguana hanging out on the tree here at Epic Burrito along with some of the other buildings he has worked on in Cocoa Beach (The Fat Donkey, Jazzy’s Mainely Lobster, and Coastal Produce to name a few) You can also check out his work on his Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/davidrothmanart/ or on his website https://www.drothmanart.com/
