Mermaids do exist! At least in murals and other pieces of art throughout Cocoa Beach. This week #MuralMonday takes us to the north end of Cocoa Beach to Grahams Beach Grill. I remember watching this building transform from the old, plain rundown looking building (known then as Grahams Lounge) to what we have today. They hired Rick Shores to do the work and he created another masterpiece. The mermaid beach scene is only part of the work on the north side of the building. The west side facing A1A carries on this cool beach scene. Grahams Beach Grill is located at 5920 N Atlantic Ave in Cocoa Beach Florida.
Rick Shores is also known as the Bird Man. His other work here in the Cocoa Beach area include Graham’s Smokehouse, Jenna’s Breezeway, and the Shiny Bird Carwash to name a few. Links below will take you to a couple of the #MuralMonday posts where featured his work.
If you are interested in hiring Rick to transform your building, his phone number is also part of his signature 321.863.4740 or you can see some more of his work on his Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/rick.shores.921/photos_all
