Ranging from $770,000 for a 3 bedroom, 17th-floor condo in Stonewood to $70,000 for a 1 bedroom 583 square foot condo in the Barbizon condominiums in Cape Canaveral. Total condo sales were 60 units closed, 54 days on market average, and average sales per square foot at $209. The Cape Shores complex was the condo leader for April 2019 with 3 closings. The median condo sales price was $214,000.
There were 13 single family homes that sold in the Cocoa Beach & Cape Canaveral area ranging from $207,000 for a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home in Cocoa Beach that was truly a handyman special (this house needed work) to $600,000 for a 2 bedroom riverfront home that was on a .36 acre lot in south Cocoa Beach.
