Cocoa Beach Parking Garage

Now Open!!!

Downtown Cocoa Beach just got an upgrade with their parking options! The Cocoa Beach parking garage is now open! Located at 25 S Orlando Ave, right across from the Police & Fire Department (Also right next to my office 😎😎😎) The parking garage will be open from 7 am to 10 pm. Events downtown could have special hours (I am presuming to stay open a little later) Parking will cost $2.50 an hour or $15 for the day. Remember your parking spot number to pay for parking at one of the multiple kiosks located throughout the garage. The Cocoa Beach annual parking pass will allow you to park here at no additional costs!

The parking garage has 241 parking spaces that include handicapped parking, electric vehicle charging stations, and specific spots for compact cars, motorcycles & golf carts. They even have a spot to lock up your bikes! On the north end of the parking garage, there are restrooms for men, women & families. This is where the water fountains and water bottle fill stations are at, along with outdoor showers to rinse off the salt & sand before heading home.

Safety is always a concern in a parking garage. Besides being right across the street from the Cocoa Beach Police Department, the CBPD also has space in the garage for parking enforcement. There are also surveillance cameras throughout the parking garage.

If the garage is full or you want other parking options, this is what is available. Metered parking is at the east end of every street downtown except for the end of Minutemen Causeway. $2.50 an hour & you pay at the kiosk. CB parking passes allow you to park there at no charge. There is also a lot behind city hall, behind Yen Yen’s restaurant, and by Pineapple Point that are operated by the city and is $2.50 an hour.

There is street parking along Orlando Ave and Atlantic Ave that is free. Parking is for 90 minutes enforceable from 7 am to 7 pm.

There are a few privately owned lots in the downtown area that charge a flat fee for parking that can range from $10 to $20+ depending on the day of the week and events that are happening downtown.
