Downtown Cocoa Beach just got an upgrade with their parking options! The Cocoa Beach parking garage is now open! Located at 25 S Orlando Ave, right across from the Police & Fire Department (Also right next to my office πππ) The parking garage will be open from 7 am to 10 pm. Events downtown could have special hours (I am presuming to stay open a little later) Parking will cost $2.50 an hour or $15 for the day. Remember your parking spot number to pay for parking at one of the multiple kiosks located throughout the garage. The Cocoa Beach annual parking pass will allow you to park here at no additional costs!
The parking garage has 241 parking spaces that include handicapped parking, electric vehicle charging stations, and specific spots for compact cars, motorcycles & golf carts. They even have a spot to lock up your bikes! On the north end of the parking garage, there are restrooms for men, women & families. This is where the water fountains and water bottle fill stations are at, along with outdoor showers to rinse off the salt & sand before heading home.
