Housing Market Update November 2021 Brevard County and Cocoa Beach Florida
How’s the market? Usually, November through January things slow down some and inventory grows just a little. We aren’t seeing that yet. Year-to-date sales in the county are ahead of all of 2020 (which was our best year for real estate sales). Inventory is trending down again. This is an indicator that the low inventory levels and high demand will be here after the new year.
