How’s the market??? 2022 is starting out with all indications it will be another record year with real estate sales here in Brevard County. Inventory is low. New property coming on the market is still trailing the numbers we saw in 2018 & 2019. Closings/sales are starting out similar to what we experienced in January 2021. You absolutely love this market if you are planning to sell a property and you are probably frustrated, tired, and angry if you are trying to buy a property in 2022.
