Cocoa Beach has dozens of murals throughout the city. Most of them seem to be concentrated in the 4th St North to 1st St South section of town. As you are heading south on A1A, just past the split, you will see the 1st mural on the north end of downtown Cocoa Beach at Bruno’s Pizzeria. A tasty wave & beach scene on the north side of the building.
If you have lived in the area for any length of time; you might know the owner of the restaurant, Mike Powell. Mike is a fellow graduate of Cocoa Beach High School. Next time you are in the downtown area, pull in, get a closer look, and grab a slice (maybe a whole pie).
