121 Martin St Indian Harbour Beach Florida

If you are going to live in Florida, wouldn’t it be nice to live near the beach? You can’t get much closer than the Seacoast Shores located in Indian Harbour Beach. You would be less than ⅓ of a mile to Millennium Beach park if you were living in this beachside community that was originally established in 1958. Except for a vacant commercial parcel, Seacoast Shores is a fully developed subdivision with 264 single family homes that were built mostly built between 1958 and 1978 (the most recent home was finished in 2016). All the homes are at least 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with at least 1,100 Square feet of living space.
