There are 84 condos in the complex, they are all 2 story buildings, and the common grounds are over 7 acres. Some of the amenities at Hidden Harbor are the Clubhouse, Swimming Pool, and 2 Tennis Courts. Utilities that are included with your association fee are water, sewer, cable, and trash removal. This is a pet-friendly community and the restrictions are one dog or one cat that do not exceed 20 pounds. The rent restrictions are a 3-month minimum lease period. The buildings and common areas of the complex are well taken care of. The location is ideal. Hidden Harbor has 2 entrances to the complex, one on the east side and the other on the west side. The east side entrance is right off A1A. What is great about this is if you are coming in from out of town; more than likely you are traveling on SR528 and A1A and you can pull right into the community. The west side entrance is onto N. Banana River Boulevard. This road will take you south to SR520 or you can take Shepard Dr to A1A and this light will make heading north or south on A1A easy.
